Bowl with The Homies

Three things on my mind tonight....well actually more than that, but 3 I'll quickly share.

1. Couponing has been great this week. I won't even get into half of it, but I will share this. If you have a
Toys R Us in your area, check out your local flier. This week at our Toys R Us they are offering a $10 gift card when you buy $25 of participating games. Than you can take those games and submit for a rebate to receive $2-3 off each game. Here is a blog post about it. You don't need any coupons for this great deal.

2. I love my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I've had it for 9 years 11 months. It beats (haha) hand mixing, or using one of those little hand held mixers. But I have noticed over the last few years, that I have to scrape more and more off the sides and bottom of the bowl. What's the deal?

3. John said he couldn't get the song "White and Nerdy" out of his head. I told him it was because it was his theme song! We sat and watched this several times laughing our heads off.
So here it is to be enjoyed by all. My favorite part is Donny Osmond.

that really is hysterical. I thought of that description before I read it. So funny. We still think he's great, even if he's white and nerdy. Colton loves that song. makes me miss him. he made that music video to it. wow. Guatemala is loving him! funny thing, I prefer my hand mixer lately, becuase I can soften butter in the microwave in a different bowl. same with cream cheese. but I love my kitchen aid, too. great for kneading bread. we won't go there.

I love White & Nerdy--Joseph ahd to do a self-portrait for school art last year and he could only use 2 words in the description...his words:
White & nerdy!

Love it!

I did that Toy's R Us deal too! Waylon got a $5 off a $25 purchase in the mail for his birthday so I ended up getting them for free. I LOVE good deals. If Jacob doesn't have the Tag reader yet you can use the Kohl's ad to price match at Target. Target has a $10 off coupon in their holiday coupon book that you can stack with a $10 off Tag reader coupon you can find online so it's only 14.99. Wyatt loves his and we just found out that the older kid one will work with the Tag Jr. board books so we bought another for Waylon.
